The Turner Cranial Technique
is a revolutionary new system for optimizing brain function.

The Turner Cranial Technique (or Cranial Adjusting Turner Style) is one of the most profound health care discoveries in recent years. It can help or heal brain problems that other systems cannot improve.
By gently but firmly moving and correcting the position of the bones in the head, it can help to heal head injuries and all their symptoms: migraines, concussions, insomnia, anxiety, depression, dizziness, ADHD, autism, behavior problems, memory difficulties, and more. See how it works in this video.

Most people, including most medical doctors, believe that the bones in the skull cannot be moved.
This is completely untrue.
A common sense observation will prove this to you. Have you ever seen someone who had some type of head injury and noticed that their head looked “wonky” or there was a big dent in their head?
This proves that the cranial bones can be moved by some sort of force. And, it would make sense that the proper amount of force applied in exactly the right direction could return the cranial bones to their correct, optimal position.
In fact, this is true, and over the last 25 years, Dr. Roger Turner, D.C., of Canada developed and refined a powerful technique to do exactly this.
Could correcting the bones in my head transform my brain?
In many cases, the effect could be enormous… even life changing.
The brain is bathed in cerebrospinal fluid, which circulates three or four times every hour, and is completely replaced three or four times every day. It brings nutrition to the brain and removes toxins.
The brain’s blood supply also supplies nutrition and takes away harmful toxins. There are many small veins and arteries between the skull and the brain, in the space called the sub arachnoid space, which is the same space where the cerebrospinal fluid circulates.
When you have a trauma to the head, the bones in the skull are compressed or shifted and often there is an actual dent in the bone. These compressions and dents will compress the subarachnoid space, reducing blood circulation and the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid. Also, the brain itself becomes compressed by the shifted skull.
All of these changes will decrease brain function at the site of the trauma.
But it doesn’t stop there. Remember that the brain is floating in fluid? A blow to the forehead will cause a shockwave to pass through the fluid in the head all the way to the back of the head, producing what is called a contrecoup injury (French for “opposite to the blow”). And, that shockwave will bounce off the bones in the back of the skull and move bones in other parts of the skull as well. Plus, when one bone in the skull gets moved, it will move other adjacent bones in the skull, similar to a puzzle box in which you move one piece and it moves the other pieces.
So the bottom line is:
Many bones in the skull get moved out of place by a head injury —
causing many brain functions to become impaired.
Injuries to the head can be a major factor in causing:
• severe chronic migraines
• fibromyalgia
• lifelong learning disabilities
• ADHD
• autism
• temper tantrums or emotional instability
• Alzheimer’s
• Parkinson’s
• insomnia or other difficulties with sleeping
• problems with memory, concentration, or decision-making
• dizziness or loss of balance
• auditory processing disorder
• problems with reading, writing, or math, vision problems…
Basically any function of the brain can be diminished or impaired.
Using all the latest available research, Dr. Turner mapped out the functions of the brain relating to each cranial bone. See the chart above for more details on which cranial bone can affect which brain function.
How do the cranial bones get moved out of place?
This can happen through any type of head trauma — as far back as early childhood, or even the birth process itself. A forceps delivery or vacuum extraction can cause very significant cranial malformation. As a toddler you fell down hundreds of times learning to walk, probably hitting your head over and over again. Falling off the swing or the jungle gym, the bike or the skateboard, wrestling with your big brother, football, baseball, or cheerleading accidents, skiing accidents, car accidents… there are (unfortunately) so many ways that your head can be injured.
Healing Concussions
A concussion is a traumatic brain injury caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head or another part of the body. This jolt causes the head and brain to move quickly back-and-forth, making the brain bounce around or twist within the skull.
The skull does not necessarily need to be hit directly to sustain a concussion. Any sudden movement of the head can cause stretching and tearing of brain cells, create chemical changes, and disrupt the way the brain normally functions. Recent military studies show that blast shockwaves from explosives, IEDs, sniper rifles, and RPGs can cause severe brain damage.
Concussion symptoms can include symptoms as severe as loss of consciousness, post-traumatic amnesia, and post-traumatic onset of seizures. But many other milder symptoms are much more common: extreme fatigue, forgetfulness and loss of memory, irritability, daydreaming or being spaced out, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, missing an exit on the freeway, not feeling yourself, difficulty studying, reading, or paying attention in class, balance problems, problems with vision. Although most concussions are considered to be Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries (MTBI), all are potentially serious. If the position of the cranial bones is not corrected to restore the normal circulation of blood and CSF, concussions can cause permanent brain damage and loss of function. Think of how disabled the boxer Muhammed Ali, or many famous football players, have become.
Most concussions occur without a loss of consciousness.
It might not be obvious that someone has experienced a concussion. Symptoms may take hours or days to develop. If your child reports any symptoms of concussion, or if you notice the symptoms or signs of concussion yourself, your child should have the bones in his skull corrected immediately.
In the United States, between 1.6 and 3.8 million athletes report experiencing a concussion each year, with many thousands of other minor concussions likely not reported. However, sports injuries are not the only way to get a concussion. There are many others, including injuries from bomb blasts, trips or falls, and especially car accidents, which are the leading cause of concussions among 15 to 24-year-olds. Even a whiplash where the head is not hit can damage the brain, because the head is shaken violently. Besides, most people hit their head on the headrest in a car crash without remembering it.
Post-Concussion Symptoms Can Continue For Years
Symptoms can persist indefinitely because the bones will never recover their anatomical alignment by themselves. A concussion can also greatly increase the susceptibility to later concussions with even more severe symptoms. Successive concussions can worsen the previous symptoms, even if the second injury occurs months or years later. These are the reasons so many athletes decide to retire. On the outside, they may still look young and strong, but inside their brain they are not.
I am one of the few doctors in the area who actively screens for concussions after a car accident. I have found that at least 70% of people who have had a car accident have significant concussion symptoms, usually without recognizing what their problem is. If you are having any of the major symptoms of a concussion listed above, you need to be treated by having the bones in your cranium adjusted back to their normal position so that your brain can heal properly. It usually takes between 6 and 12 treatments to make a major correction in your cranial bones. I have also found that the system of correcting the spine that I use, called Advanced Biostructural Correction or ABC, works together with cranial correction to speed up the healing process greatly. Without these treatments, it is very possible that a concussion can cause lifelong problems.
Before Dr. Turner’s groundbreaking work, there was never a way to fix these often life altering injuries. Now there is. I trained personally with Dr. Turner and feel truly privileged and blessed to be able to offer this transformational technique in my clinic. I am happy to give you a free cranial examination and consultation to determine how much Turner Cranial Technique could help you.
